ALERIANT programmers created an in-depth training solution for non-high technical background sales representatives who deal with numerous end users in sales recommendations. We provided a solution that automatically updates a sales reps' system from the internal network with new models and features as they become available. The price list is also automatically updated into the sales representatives' pc and quote-building program - providing accurate information to this sales force.

NWS is a project for technical support outsourcing. Although the ticketing system is very powerful, it required some customization and management. We provided the human resources to manage and maintain the database and customize their product as needed. The team created more than a thousand reports and an automated solution for QA. We co-developed a Java-based solution to allow clients to track their tickets over the Internet in a secure connection - hitting the massive database.

The need to have immediate reports on product rotation, in-line exhibition, and multiple store cross-examination reporting for a large chain reseller was the basis for this project. ALERIANT developed a cross platform solution to address this problem that allowed the end user to have online information on store statistics and empowered them in their decision-making processes.

Computer based training and web based training is an extremely cost effective solution for any Human Resources department. With over 50 successful CBT/WBT implementations to date, our clients have experienced a cost reduction from 30% to 60%. The average increase in productivity directly related to the process is 18%. Our solutions are custom-built, include report- making tools, and comply with security and distribution standards such as rp-201 and Lotus Learning space.

ALERIANT professionals developed a fully customizable, self-updating sales tool that allows clients to choose a vehicle, color, model and related information to obtain a price quote and technical specifications via the web. This interactive vehicle pricing system was developed for the web and will be used in the Latin American region.

Visually depicting a hydroelectric power plant may seem complex, but with the proper multimedia tools anything is possible. Our skilled developers created two unique solutions for this non-disclosure client. The first was a multimedia presentation to explain how a hydroelectric power plant works and why it is preferred over the more common Coal based power plant for certain geographic regions. The second solution was a planning and projection tool designed to calculate costs based in 2340 variables/rules loaded dynamically from sources as PDA's, online surveys and corporate databases.

ALERIANT developed a set of remotely accessible tools to manage a fast food chain over a secure VPN through the Internet. From end of the day reports per location, to multilevel comparisons and menus, our web enabled POS system fit the dynamic needs of a fast food franchise.

Security is a top priority for our clients around the world. ALERIANT programmers developed a custom system based on PDA’s to record and track security issues in mining facilities worldwide. These facilities can report security issues and information to a central database and help facilitate accurate and timely decision-making.

For this client, ALERIANT developed a commercial contract tracking system to keep control of every step in a contract process. Court-attendant information, restriction, special rules, conflicts, dates, object and almost 800 different aspects were put on this system resulting in an easy to use system with result improvements close to 40% in client retention and contract management.

It all starts with an idea and the need to present it as “flashy” as possible to discriminating audiences. ALERIANT has created numerous and compelling multimedia presentations and support systems for various clients around the globe to use at trade shows and for promotional purposes. These dynamic systems are delivered through email, CDROMS and TV commercials.

During the past 4 years ALERIANT has been developing solutions for bar code readers throughout Latin America - supporting most of their solutions or integrating them into our own solutions.

The highly competitive paper industry requires having up-to-date client relationship management tools. ALERIANT developed a unique solution for specialized paper products use. Users can see, select, analyze, order, pay and manage their account thorough the system. The tool includes a multimedia presentation as a key element in presenting new products.

This tool gives our clients' management the ability to keep track of promotional campaigns as they occur and provides them with the flexibility to survey clients in a timely manner.

ALERIANT programmers developed a web browser based on IE with automation that used a profile created in a remote server by an EJB program and a SQL database with pattern recognition embedded in the system with some proprietary solutions. This is used to present the user with options that are only available to him; restriction on access to certain sites; and, document- finding capabilities enhanced by DCE. The system also included report tools for the management.

ALERIANT professionals developed a system for data gathering, site layout, accurate resonance information and image retrieval that blended to form a powerful tool for exploration. This project was co-developed with NDA international consulting firms.

ALERIANT has deployed a complete online training system for its international client "Haircolorxpress."  Based on our Codex technology, this hair salon franchise is now able to train all of their franchisees in virtual classrooms with the latest information and personalized programs using real time video.

ALERIANT has developed a secure system based on VPN PGP technology. This system is able to manage document flow, retrieval and storage and allows documents to become available to the right person while enforcing the appropriate workflow. The system further allows an authorized user to store and keep track of the physical documents and their location.
