Service to the End User - (Help Desk)
Aleriant professionals provide services to the client’s end-users, clarifying issues about SAP use and/or specific procedures defined by the company for this purpose. It also provides for error reporting, access authorization and impact analysis in the event of changes in the company’s Business Scenario.
This service is normally conducted remotely by extremely experienced professionals, ensuring quick and accurate responses that fully meet our client company’s needs regarding questions about procedures, training, clarification on specific issues, development or information and procedure maintenance.
All service procedures are conducted by framing the clients’ needs, with complete documentation and priority settings according to the scenario at hand (from non-operating systems, to tax requirements and small improvements).
By coordinating services in order to meet priorities, needs and company strategy, Aleriant seeks to select and apply the best solution within the existing possibilities, in compliance with the SLA agreed by the companies.
All Help Desk services are controlled, managed and tracked by software specialists.
Monitoring
Aleriant professionals regularly check operation, management and business environments supported by SAP, to ensure that they are always available. This guarantees that users may meet their company’s daily needs.
This inspection is carried out with continuous, integrated manual and automated Help Desk procedures, delivering pro-active solutions as well as the history of occurrences and applied solutions, thus ensuring continuous improvement of the SAP technological environment.
Factory
Aleriant professionals perform specific tasks, described in the requirement documents, measured in compliance with functional points agreed between Aleriant and each of its clients. Thus, cost and delivery deadlines for each task are known and approved beforehand by the client.
Services through factories are provided for Programming Demands, Abap and/or Java, for Parameters Demands and for Functional or Basis adjustments.
All services are hired, managed and delivered through software specialists, in compliance with the SLA between Aleriant and the client company.
